Q: What’s the typical investment?
A: The typical investment starts at $19k but can vary based on the details and scope of your event.
Q: Do you travel?
A: Yes, we handle all of the travel logistics including transport, flights, hotels, etc. The travel fee is capped and pre-approved by you. No surprises.
Q: What exactly is guaranteed?
A: We guarantee a packed dance floor in 60 minutes or less or we'll give you $2,000 back. (see Guarantee Terms below)
Q: How do you customize our show?
A: We start with a Complimentary 15‑Minute Show Design Call. We deliver your preliminary show plan (custom songs, cues, stage design, lighting) within 48 hours for approval and booking. After booking, we use our white glove planning process to perfect your show until everything is finalized one month prior to your wedding.
Q: How many sets and breaks?
A: Our most common dance floor format is two 80‑minute sets with one short 15-minute intermission. We also include a 20-minute pre-dinner set. We keep continuous music via DJ transitions. Need different? We’ll adapt.
Q: Do you perform for our Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, or during Dinner?
A: Yes. Our $19k package includes live music throughout your entire wedding day but we can adapt the music to fit your needs.
Q: Can we request songs?
A: Yes. We include live custom arrangements for your ceremony, grand entrance, first dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, open dancing, and more. While we don't have a set limit on requests, we will determine the appropriate amount of song requests for your event on your Complimentary 15-Minute Show Design Call and include the final number in your contract so that we can allocate the appropriate amount of rehearsal time for your event.
Q: Who runs the timeline and MC?
A: Our Event Lead coordinates with your planner and other vendors, manages cues, and MCs all of the key moments. We run the night, you enjoy.
Q: What about venue sound limits or small dance floors?
A: We adapt to venue rules and size limitations. Note: extreme sound limits or blocked floors reduce dancing—see Guarantee Terms for specifics.
Q: What are the booking terms?
A: 50% deposit to lock your date; balance due 30 days prior to event. Proposals expire in 7 days.

GUARANTEE
50+ guests dancing for at least 3 consecutive songs within 60 minutes of open dancing.
CONDITIONS
Run of show finalized 1 month prior to event; bar open at least 60 minutes before dancing; minimum 100 guests present (120 RSVP); newlyweds dancing for the first 20 minutes; dance floor must be at least 256 square feet; no interruptions; no competing attractions; band has final say on set list; band MC directs flow/cues.
