How it works

Every event is unique. That's why we think it's important to customize every package specifically for our clients' needs. We've developed a step-by-step process to determine which elements will make the biggest impact and provide the most value for your event and budget.

Every Package Includes:


Step 01


First we'll determine which size band is best for your event based on your venue and budget. 11 is the number of musicians in most of our videos and what we think is an ideal band size for most events. We can customize this to fit your needs and we have some recommendations on what works well for both smaller and larger bands.

Some Recommended Band Configurations:

  • 7 Pieces - 2 Singers, 2 Horns, Drums, Bass, Guitar
  • 9 Pieces - 3 Singers, 3 Horns, Drums, Bass, Guitar
  • 11 Pieces - 4 Singers, 3 Horns, Drums, Bass, Guitar, Keys (as seen in videos 02 - 04)
  • 14 Pieces - 7 Singers, 3 Horns, Drums, Bass, Guitar, Key (as seen in video 01)

Step 02


It's important for your guests to be able to see speakers, presenters, toasters, and of course the band. That's why we recommend adding a stage to your package in step two. It can be configured in a variety if heights and dimensions and comes with black fabric skirting. It can also be dressed up with a white facade which is perfect for weddings.

Some Recommended Stage Configurations:

  • No stage - sometimes there simply isn't room, and that's ok!
  • 12' x 16' Single Tier Stage - Large enough for 7 piece band, good for tighter spaces
  • 16' x 24' Two Tier Stage - Can accommodate larger bands (as seen in our videos)
  • white facade - fits any stage up to 24' (as seen in our videos)

Step 03


This is a step that we feel is often overlooked in our industry, but we know it can make a massive difference in the quality of your entertainment experience. At a bare minimum, the band needs to be lit up so that your guests can see them in a dark room. But it goes beyond that. We can add a premium lighting experience to your package that includes a light show that is fully programmed to the music, uplights around the perimeter of the venue, and LED's in the stage facade, all strategically changing throughout the event to reflect the mood of the moment.

Lighting Options:

  • Basic Lighting - a few lights strategically placed to light up the band
  • Premium Lighting Package - stage lights programmed to the music fill up the stage and dance floor (as seen in our videos)
  • Uplights - wireless lights placed around the perimeter of your venue that can change to reflect the mood of the moment
  • Facade LED's - if you've added the facade to your stage, the built in LED's can be programmed to coordinate with the rest of the lights in your package (as seen in our videos)

Step 04


Finally, to round out your custom package, it's time to think about other areas that could use recorded or live music to help put that extra special touch on your event. Maybe you need a soloist in the foyer as your guests mingle during the cocktail hour of your company party, or a small ensemble to serenade your guests as you walk down the aisle at your wedding ceremony. The possibilities here are almost endless.

Additional Performance Options:

  • Custom DJ-style Playlist - Always included with the band, but can be nice to add to other areas of the venue like a foyer or patio as guests mingle
  • Soloist - Often a solo piano or guitar, perfect for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours, and dinners
  • Small Ensembles - A small group of 2-4 musicians can add a great ambience to any environment
  • Additional Performance Time - sometimes you just want to dance for more than 4 hours - we've got you covered!
