If you are looking to have a great night of great music and entertainment The Crossroad Sound is the band to make that happen. We hired the band for a company celebration and it was like being at a concert. All the instruments playing for 2 hrs made for a fun night. They really kept everyone on their toes dancing. Will recommend this band for any occasion!!
We truly cannot say enough amazing things about this band! Jenny was so wonderful and easy to work with leading up to our wedding day. She helped us feel so at ease the weeks and months before and even minutes before we walked into our reception. And once we walked in, it was truly the most amazing night! The band was so lively and the dance floor was packed THE ENTIRE night. Everyone was so sad to go home at midnight when the venue closed. We wish we could have stayed for an encore. We had a choreographed first dance to Elvis’s Can’t Help Falling in Love. They provided a sped up version of the song that was easier to dance for our dance lessons and played it exactly the same was so our dance went off without a hitch! Adam even sounded exactly like Elvis. It was so amazing. Thank you to the Crossroad Sound for everything!! Our wedding wouldn’t have been as magical and fun without you all!! Definitely hire them! It was worth every single penny!
Man, oh, man. If you want to have a wedding reception that feels more like concert, and is nothing but movin' and groovin' good times - The Crossroad Sound is the way to go. My now husband insisted we hired a live band for our wedding, as opposed to a DJ. I am so glad he did. The Crossroad Sound was the first to get back to us in an incredibly timely manner. We watched a few of their promo videos and decided this is definitely who we wanted to go with. We had multiple meetings leading up to the day to ensure all logistics/song choices/questions were answered. They were with us our whole wedding day. The soloists for both the ceremony and cocktail hours were incredible and then the reception was out of this world. We have had friends and family reaching out for weeks now still talking about how much fun they had dancing for four hours straight. I think my dad even called the band later to find out about live show times to go hear them again! You will not be disappointed if you hire them - and if you do, please invite me to your wedding because we would love to boogie with them round 2.
I don't even know where to begin. We hired The Crossroad Sound for our daughter's wedding. I do not know how many people approached us and have contacted us stating it was the best reception they had ever attended and the band was the common denominator. We had a guitarist from the band for the ceremony and saxophonist for the cocktail hour. The band started and from the first song the dance floor was absolutely packed and stayed that way all evening long! Money WELL SPENT on hiring a live band. We cannot highly recommend The Crossroad Sound enough! I wish we could do it all over again!
The Crossroad Sound was absolutely show stopping for my wife and I’s wedding!! A full light show that was synced to the music, crystal clear audio, and talented musicians throughout the whole band made their experience especially unforgettable! They were able to set up under our tent and had no issues setting up their staging on grass. Absolute team players and professionals in the best sense. Their team helped coordinate and run the event as if we had been paying them for planning services as well!! Truly above and beyond the level we’ve come to expect from local bands. Our dance floor was packed every single minute this band was performing. Cannot recommend enough for your wedding!!
Went to a wedding last night and pretty much expected some boring folk band. The Crossroad Sound was not that! They had the whole freakin' wedding party dancing for 2-3hrs straight. Highly recommend hiring for your parties and events!

They were not only great at helping us keep our wedding on schedule, the music and vibe they created was exceptional! Every guest was talking about how amazing the band was! Trying to plan a wedding for the third time after a big move across country and with a busy work schedule was challenging, but Jenny helped us prepare for the entire day! My only regret is not booking them earlier in my wedding planning process because having them as one of our vendors was the best decision I made!

Wow - I am at a loss for words. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Hiring The Crossroad Sound for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Not only was their booking process easy, but their professional nature and numerous meetings helped to make our day go smoothly. We met virtually multiple times to ensure the schedule was set and the songs were selected. They even played the first dance song and the father/daughter and mother/son dances live, which was a very nice touch.
Now, I am at a total loss for words when trying to describe the quality of entertainment. The band was absolutely amazing and kept the energy level high for the entire night! Our guests were constantly on the dance floor! This group provides a top-tier level of entertainment and really brought a "wow-factor" to our reception. I cannot say enough good things about how we felt about their performance!
On a final note, our guests could not stop complimenting the band and our choice for entertainment. Many asked for the name and contact information so they could book for their upcoming events. If this doesn't say enough about the quality of the band, I don't know what does. Three weeks after the ceremony and reception, our friends and family are still sharing stories about how much they enjoyed the entertainment! In addition to the “wow” factor that they bring to any event, the event coordination provided was invaluable. When you hire Crossroads you not only get them the day of the event but they also work with you over multiple meetings to make sure every detail is as you want and there is ZERO stress about the run of show come event day. Highlight of the wedding! I cannot say enough good things about Jenny and the band! Not only did we meet 4-5 times before the event to discuss every detail, but we got to choose sets and a custom song, utilizing the "Silver Package". The coordination was super simple. All we had to do was connect Jenny with the venue, and she took care of the rest. The actual performance was like nothing I've seen before at a wedding. I encourage anyone who's interested in them to look at their instagram to see highlights. After the wedding, I had at least 20 people tell me "that was the best wedding band I have ever heard. Where did you find them?" We also had them travel to Tulsa with ease, so location was not an issue.
Best wedding band ever! The Crossroad Sound was truly AMAZING and was absolutely perfect for what we wanted and envisioned for our wedding band (they even traveled to St. Louis for us). We wanted everyone on the dance floor from start to finish, and that is exactly what we got! Even on the band's "breaks", they incorporated interactive songs to keep everyone boogying on the dance floor. XRS held multiple touch-point calls and meetings with us to ensure we were always on the same page, and so they knew every detail (big and little) that we wanted for our big day. I am speechless at how spectacular, flawless, and seamless, the entire process was from the initial pre-booking call to their encore song with my husband and I singing and dancing along on stage with the band. Our guests can't stop raving about how fun XRS was! Highly highly highly recommend for any event and we can't wait to see them again!
Oh. My. Goodness. Best band EVER!!!! From start to finish my family and I were completely wow-ed by this band. As we prepared for the wedding they were so easy to talk with and helpful in answering questions I couldn't! For example, I didn't know what music I wanted played in my ceremony, but I knew I wanted a friend to be on violin and for there to be a more classic sound accompanied by piano. Their keyboardist met with my violinist and they seamlessly chose music for the ceremony that was absolutely perfect. Whenever we had an opinion they listened and made it happen, or if we didn't have an opinion, they knew how to fill in the gaps for us! They were great with communication and made sure my husband and I were in the know of the order of events in the reception. The lead singer even came up to us before the reception got started and did a final run through of the night with us! My family was amazed by the band but our guests have literally not stopped talking about them either. The band is one of the first things they mention when they speak about our wedding! The transitions between songs were flawless, never letting the energy die down. They got people on their feet and kept everyone moving. There was a perfect mix of interacting with the crowd to have us do something and just letting us dance our hearts out. We greatly appreciated how much they paid attention to detail. We purchased light up cowboy hats for our reception before we met our band and were nervous people wouldn't get into them, but the band hopped on board with us and assured us they would make the guests love it... and they did! They were strategic and every hat was used! The crowd was so energized from the band that by the end of the night, my husband and I jumped off the stage and crowd surfed!! That unique and special memory definitely wouldn't have happened if we didn't have The Crossroad Sound!

The Crossroad Sound TRULY cannot be beat! They kept the party going from their effortless MC as soon as guests arrived, to knocking the show out of the park as soon as our dance began! We loved working with the entire crew, and loved having our first dances sung and performed live by the band. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I cannot say enough amazing things about these people and the Rockstar caliber show they produce!
The Crossroad Sound turned our wedding up to 11 and completely blew us and our guests away! We’re so happy we chose them over a DJ and as our band! We got so many compliments from our guests asking who the band was, how we found them, and saying that they absolutely rocked! We heard a lot of “I thought this was a wedding not a concert!” I (the groom) was actually crowd surfed at one point! Their shear talent, stage presence, light show, etc was extremely professional and next level! We were worried before speaking with them that they wouldn’t be able to play any of the classic hip hop / pop bangers that are essential to a wedding reception but their set list is extensive and they had it all! And to hear them live with that energy was incredibly fun! Not only did they handle the reception music but they MC’d the wedding, made announcements, and played our ceremony music as well. They were a delight to work with and we would highly recommend them!

XRS led the entire evening with electric guitar during cocktail hour, Josh MC'ing the entire evening, singing our first dance, and JAMMING out for almost 4 hours straight. This band is phenomenal! Thank you for making our wedding an epic party! Our guests will be talking about it for years to come.
The Crossroad Sound was the BEST thing about our wedding night--HANDS DOWN. Our guests have been going on and on about the band since our wedding night. We even had a few people ask us how we found them and tell us they already want to hire them for their event. I would truly send anyone their way. The band members are incredibly talented and so entertaining to watch. You can tell they really love what they are doing and their energy got our crowd going. We are still getting comments like "We've never seen a dance floor so packed" and "I can never go to a wedding without a band again!". Besides having incredibly talented musicians, the lights, choreography and stage were nothing short of perfection. I truly felt like I was at a concert. The Crossroad Sound performed 3 "live" songs of our choosing and let us select a few sets from their extensive list for our "must play" sets. It was the perfect balance of choosing our own songs but not being overwhelmed with too many choices. They really know what they are doing and will tailor their songs to what the crowd likes. My husband and I can't thank Jenny enough for the coordination along the way and for helping the vendor team deliver such a seamless wedding. She was such a great person to work with during the planning process. Thank you again to The Crossroad Sound for putting on the best wedding ever!! I could go on and on.
The Crossroad Sound were a blast! They brought such a fun energy to our wedding day and were able to edit down our special songs to fit our needs. All of our guests have been raving about them ever since our wedding day.
The Crossroad Sound did so much to make my daughter's wedding so special. We could not have asked for anything more. They were professional, enthusiastic, and very talented. They showed up with so much energy - the dance floor was filled all night long. At the end of the night the still packed dance floor guests cheered "one more song" and they did an encore and kept the adrenaline going. So many of the guests asked for their name and wanted to fly them to their city. The 3 vocalists were unbelievable. They had choreographed dances that added so much professionalism. They dressed up for the event, too. What impressed me most was how upfront and honest they were about which band members would be with us on the wedding night. We were struggling with other bands to clarify those details. The Crossroad Sound held many zoom planning sessions with us prior to the wedding. Jenny was very responsive and organized. The Crossroad Sound was our absolute favorite part of our wedding reception. From day one, I knew we were making the right decision to hire them because of the amazing communication from Jenny. The weeks leading up to our wedding, we were reassured they were the best through our well-organized meetings. The band kept our entire dance floor full all night long, even during their quick break! The Crossroad Sound was exactly what our fundraiser needed to take it to the next level. Their team was professional and adaptive as we successfully moved our fundraiser outside because of COVID and the event raised over $580,000 for a local non-profit. Just. Amazing. Booked The Crossroad Sound to play at our reception in Bentonville, AR. They knocked it out of the park. Everyone was out on the dance floor and we heard so many compliments from our guests on the quality of the performance to the amazing mix of genres played. They were easy to work with, very professional and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book them in the future. The MC'ing of the whole evening was one of the best aspects -- they keep the night's events on track and the energy up!! We were so impressed by the songs they learned for our special dances. LOVE!
What a fantastic group! We hired The Crossroad Sound to perform during the cocktail hour and after-party at Starlight's 34th Annual Benefit Gala for the first time this year, and we will definitely be inviting them back. They were very easy to work with during the contract process, and their rate was very reasonable considering the quality of their performance. When the threat of rain caused us to shift plans for the cocktail hour, they were incredibly flexible and understanding, and they ended up doing a smaller acoustic set to accommodate the space limitations. They pulled out all the stops during the after-party, though! They played a great mix of songs that got people of all ages out on the dance floor - no easy feat for this crowd. We've received nothing but rave reviews about their performance and look forward to having them back out at Starlight again soon.

Such an amazing group to work with! From the beginning, planning was very easy and stress free. I knew I didn’t have to worry about a thing when it came to the music. Everyone arrived early to set up and even took on a few last minute jobs of announcing the wedding party and other small moments throughout the evening, the night ran so smoothly because of this! We knew we wanted a jazz band but weren’t sure exactly what music we wanted so we left it up to them- everything they played was OUTSTANDING. So many of our guests stopped us to comment on how incredible the band sounded throughout the evening and asked where we found such a great group. Having music that each person at the reception thoroughly enjoyed was so special. I cannot recommend this group enough for a wedding- or any event!

We recently hired XRS for my milestone birthday party. We had an 8-piece version of this marvelous group singing and playing at our party. They really made this birthday girl feel special by singing a special birthday song and adding birthday lyrics to some of the great dance tunes they performed. Whether you need an intimate 3-piece ensemble or a full-blown 16-piece party band, you won’t be disappointed by The Crossroad Sound and their professionalism, talent, zest for fun and attention to details! Are you serious?! These guys are AMAZING! Our wedding reception was unforgettable. They gave us such a personal touch that people assumed we were friends with the band. They blew us away from start to finish. They were as much of a wedding planner as my photographer and venue coordinator. Excellent MC work and everyone was dancing all night. We went with the nine-piece band and added lights. It was so worth it. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them. Such a dream! People would not stop commenting on how good they were. Wouldn’t change a thing!
