  • Where do you perform?
    We are based in Kansas City, MO but we perform at corporate events, conferences, and galas across the United States and even internationally. Travel and lodging are built into your custom quote based on your event location.

  • What types of events are you best for?
    We’re a fit any time you want people to actually stay and celebrate: corporate holiday parties, awards galas, national or regional conferences, client events, conventions, trade show parties, and company milestone celebrations.

  • What does a typical corporate event investment look like?
    Most corporate clients invest $15,000–$45,000+ depending on band size (7, 10, or 13‑piece), production needs, and travel. Once you share your event details, we’ll send a clear range and options so you can see exactly what’s possible at different levels.

  • What’s included vs what’s not?
    Your package includes the band, up to 3.5 hours of live music, MC services, planning, and coordination with your venue or production team. For some events we also provide sound, lighting, and staging; for others we plug into your existing AV. We’ll clarify exactly what’s included in your custom plan so there are no surprises.

  • How does the Packed Dance Floor Guarantee work?
    If you don’t have at least 50 people dancing within the first hour of open dancing, we refund $2,000 off your fee. It’s our way of putting real money behind the outcome you actually care about: a dance floor that stays full.

  • How far in advance should we book?
    Prime dates (Fridays and Saturdays, especially in Q4) can book many months in advance. If your date is fixed or you’re planning a holiday event, inquire as early as possible so we can confirm availability and lock it in.

  • What do you need from us to reserve the date?
    To officially hold your date, we require a signed agreement and a deposit (typically 50% of the total fee). Until those are received, the date is considered open and may be booked by another client. This protects your slot and lets us confidently turn down other inquiries for that date.

  • What if our event date changes or is canceled?
    If your date moves, we’ll do everything we can to transfer your booking to the new date, subject to availability. If you cancel outright, our standard cancellation terms apply, since we’ve held that date and turned away other business. Exact terms will be outlined in your agreement.

  • Can you work with our existing AV / production team?
    Yes. We regularly coordinate with in‑house and third‑party AV companies. We’ll share our technical rider, connect with your team in advance, and make sure sound, lighting, and run‑of‑show are dialed in.

  • Can you handle awards, speeches, and program elements?
    Absolutely. Our MC can handle intros, walk‑on music, stings, and transitions, and we’ll build your entertainment plan around your agenda so the night feels cohesive, not chaotic.
